Is this really unlimited mentorship for a one-time fee?
Yes! We believe in building long-term relationships with our mentees. Your one-time payment gives you ongoing access to mentorship for as long as you need it. We can do this because we know that once mentees have confidence and know what they are doing they use our support less and less as they progress. However places are limited as Paul only has so much available capacity.
How is this so affordable compared to other mentorships?
We've deliberately rejected the industry's high-price model because we believe quality mentorship should be accessible to all. We'd rather help more people succeed at a fair price, than fewer people at an inflated one.
Who will be my mentor on Property Basecamp?
All mentorship and support is provided by Paul. You don't get lumped with a lesser experienced person like many of the guru courses do. You won't be trained by a former student either! You get personally mentored by Paul who has a 20 year property background and has been successful in many areas of property and business.
What if I'm a complete beginner to property investing?

We've had many students quit their day jobs, so yes! However, it all comes down to having a good work ethic, being consistent with your efforts and understanding that results come to those who are determined. Putting in minimal effort will not generate you results, no property training no matter how expensive will guarantee you results. We can give you the tools and knowledge and support - but ultimately it's you that has to take the necessary action and implement it all to achieve success.
